Privacy Policy

EZAgent Tools is operated by Brian Hymas, a licensed real estate agent in Idaho. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site, sign in, and use the tools.

1. Information You Provide

Your name and email address when an account is created or you sign in.
Property, transaction, and deal information entered to generate a requested output.
Payment information handled by Stripe. EZAgent Tools does not store card numbers.

2. Site Activity Collected Automatically

EZAgent Tools uses first party analytics and selected advertising analytics. The information collected may include:

IP address, approximate location, browser, device, and screen size.
A first party browser visitor ID and a visit session ID.
Pages visited, links or buttons clicked, referring page, visit time, visit frequency, and approximate time spent.
Tool pages opened, tool requests made, login activity, and whether a visit appears to have ended after one page.
Browser errors, failed network requests, and unsuccessful tool responses needed to diagnose problems.
Campaign parameters and advertising click IDs when present.

Names are connected to activity only after a person signs in or otherwise identifies their account. Before that, activity can only be associated with a browser visitor ID, session ID, and IP address.

3. How Information Is Used

Provide account access and generate requested tool outputs.
Understand which pages and tools are useful.
Measure repeat visits, daily use, likely bounce behavior, and feature engagement.
Find failed requests, browser errors, and product problems.
Prevent abuse and protect account security.
Measure campaigns and build advertising audiences where permitted.

EZAgent Tools does not sell personal information.

4. Deal Data

Deal inputs are used to produce the output requested. They are not retained by EZAgent Tools after processing unless the user explicitly saves an output or workspace record. Tool inputs sent to OpenAI are subject to OpenAI API data usage policies.

5. Service Providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, storage, and request processing.
OpenAI processes tool inputs needed to generate outputs.
Stripe handles payments.
Google and Meta may receive website or campaign events through the analytics and advertising tags disclosed on this site.

6. Retention

Detailed first party analytics events and IP address records are retained for up to 90 days.
Aggregate account usage totals may be retained with an active account and for up to 90 days after cancellation.
Account data is retained while access remains active and for up to 90 days afterward.
Session tokens expire automatically.

7. Security

EZAgent Tools uses HTTPS and secure httpOnly authentication cookies. Passwords are not stored because the service uses Google login or email login links.

8. Access, Correction, and Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing Brian@BrianHymas.com.
