EZAgent Tools is operated by Brian Hymas, a licensed real estate agent in Idaho. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services at ezagent.tools.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Email address when you create an account or sign in
• Deal and property information you enter into our tools
• Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

We also collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the EZAgent Tools service
• To send you login links and account-related emails
• To process payments through Stripe
• To analyze usage patterns and fix bugs

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

3. Deal Data You Enter

Property addresses, prices, and deal details you enter into tools are used only to generate the output you requested. We do not retain deal inputs beyond the processing of your request unless you explicitly save an output.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — handles payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare — provides infrastructure, DNS, and security.
• OpenAI — processes tool inputs to generate outputs. Inputs are subject to OpenAI's API data usage policies.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for up to 90 days after cancellation. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing Brian@BrianHymas.com.

6. Security

We use HTTPS for all communications and session tokens stored in secure, httpOnly cookies. We do not store passwords.

7. Your Rights

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
