Refund & Cancellation Policy

No contracts. Cancel any time. You keep access through the end of your billing period.

Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account settings or by emailing Brian@BrianHymas.com. Cancellations are effective immediately, but you retain full access through the end of your current paid period. No cancellation fees or penalties.

Refunds

Because EZAgent Tools delivers immediate value through AI-generated outputs, we generally do not issue refunds for periods already used. Exceptions:

Within 7 days of your first charge with no outputs generated — full refund, no questions asked.
Technical issues or billing errors on our end — corrected immediately.
Duplicate charges — refunded immediately upon request.

Email Brian@BrianHymas.com with your account email and what happened. We respond within 1 business day.

Subscription Changes

Upgrading from Starter ($7/mo) to Pro ($67/mo) takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
